P Davis Jones LLC ("P Davis Jones LLC," "I," "me," or "our") provides confidential statutory, regulatory, and public policy research for public officials, board trustees, and commercial clients across the United States. Protecting both your personal data and the confidentiality of your research inquiries is foundational to our practice.

2. Information We Collect

  • Direct Communications & Research Submissions: When you email us, submit a question on a private brief page (/pkg/...), or commission research, we collect your name, email address, phone number, title/organization, and the agenda packets or research questions you provide.
  • Billing & Transaction Metadata: Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (such as Stripe). P Davis Jones LLC does not store raw credit card numbers on its servers; we retain itemized invoice records for accounting, municipal expense reimbursement, and Texas Ethics Commission (Form C/OH) documentation.
  • Site & Brief Telemetry: We use standard analytics (including Google Analytics 4 and first-party brief delivery logs) to measure page performance, video engagement, and document downloads.

3. How We Use & Protect Your Information

  • To prepare, deliver, and support your requested research briefings and statutory analyses.
  • To issue compliant invoices, receipts, and W-9 documentation for your expense reimbursement or campaign/officeholder compliance records.
  • Strict Non-Disclosure of Client Research: Your research requests, questions, and commissioned deliverables are treated as strictly confidential. We never sell, rent, or trade client data, and we never disclose an elected official's research inquiries to municipal staff, developers, fellow council members, or media outlets.

4. Communication Preferences & Opt-Out

If you receive an outreach or research brief email from us and prefer not to receive future communications, simply reply to the email or contact davis@pdavisjones.com, and your address will be permanently added to our global suppression list immediately.

5. Data Security & Retention

All client documents and deliverables are stored on encrypted Google Cloud infrastructure located in the United States. You may request deletion of your custom research files or personal contact records at any time by contacting us directly.
