Unconditional 14-Day Satisfaction & Compliance Guarantee: Every research brief and custom engagement from P Davis Jones LLC is backed by a straightforward 14-day refund policy. If a deliverable does not meet your expectations—or if your municipal clerk or compliance officer flags any reimbursement issue—we will revise it immediately at no charge or issue a 100% refund.
1. À La Carte Research Briefs ($297.00 USD)
- Pre-Delivery Cancellation: You may cancel an à la carte research order at any time prior to delivery for an immediate 100% refund.
- 14-Day Post-Delivery Guarantee: Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your completed research brief, you may request complimentary scope revisions or a full 100% refund if the brief does not address the agreed statutory, fiscal, or policy question.
- Municipal Stipend & Reimbursement Protection: If a municipal finance clerk or City Secretary declines to reimburse an invoice against your council expense allocation for any administrative reason, notify us within 30 days and we will either re-issue the documentation in the exact format required by your city or refund the payment in full.
2. Custom Scope & Retainer Engagements
For custom policy, ordinance drafting, or ongoing monthly support engagements, either party may cancel the engagement at any time by written email notice with zero cancellation penalty. Any unearned portion of a prepayment or retainer is refunded pro-rata within five (5) business days.
3. How to Request a Refund or Invoice Adjustment
